I'm Babie Fortin (pronounced as Bah-bee & not Bey-bee). I am 24-years-old (turning 25 this June) & I am in love with so many things like photography, designs, blogging, sleeping etc.

I have about 5 years experience with Adobe Photoshop (7 & CS) & more than a year with photography, but with no formal trainings on both. I learned the basics of Adobe Photoshop from a college organization back in the University of Santo Tomas, Faculty of Engineering, named Thomasian Engineer Media, which I was part of. I started photography using camera phones, then I used a hybrid point & shoot (that I named Trigger). I had finally purchased a second-hand DSLR Canon EOS 400D last November 2008 & named it Silver, which also came with two lenses: 18-55mm kit lens & 50mm f/1.8. As of the moment the only camera tools I have right now are those two lenses, a pop-up flash diffuser, a reverse ring adapter & a tripod.

I have been a frustrated web & graphic designer since the age of 14. I have learned HTML from a school curriculum & learned CSS through self-study. I base my designs on random things that inspire me.

I would describe my photography as something that has personality & reflects the emotions of my subject. I tend to do things based on my own likings & ideas.
